My 40th Birthday has been Great so far

40 isn’t so bad.  Mom and Dad Smith sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my office that I’ve enjoyed for over a week.  Mike bought me a cake over the weekend at my favorite bakery, the one that made my last birthday cake.  This one had mountains and trees and birds.  It was beautiful and delicious.  On my birthday, he took me to fondue at the Melting Pot and ordered the special champagne dinner, where they had the champagne ready for us, put us in a small romantic booth in the corner and took our photo.  It was really wonderful!  He’s taking me kiteboarding this summer when the shops open.  I’ve had wonderful birthday wishes,  lunches, and drinks with my co-workers and other friends.  Heather Bowman made me the coolest, craziest running outfit. I feel a lot of love.
